Scheduling and Office Policy

At Caring Hands Massage Therapy LLC, the focus is on making your session as relaxing as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures.

LATENESS
All scheduled sessions begin and end on time, appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If  arriving late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, the client is responsible for the full scheduled service price.

FIRST TIME CLIENTS
Please arrive ten (10) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out an intake form and discuss your session with the therapist.

PAYMENT
Cash, Check, MasterCard and VISA only, there is a $25.00 returned check fee. Payment is required at the time of services are rendered.

SCHEDULING AND NO SHOW POLICY 
All schedule or cancel appointment must be done by phone or text, email may not be received in sufficent time to book other appointments. Cancellations require a 24 – hour notice to avoid a fee. Same day cancellations ~ not due to an emergency ~ will be charged full price of the scheduled service price. In the event of an emergency, any notice is appreciated. Fees may or may not apply for emergency cancellations and are at the discretion of Caring Hands Massage Therapy, LLC. In the event of a NO SHOW, the client will be charged the full scheduled service price.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Any appointment made with a Caring Hands Massage Therapy using an Gift Certificate, the Rescheduling and No Show Policy will be in place, the certificate will be forfeited. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time the service is provided otherwise payment is required via Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa.

COURTESY CALLS
It is our intention to notify clients of upcoming appointments via text message, email or telephone call. Appointment Cards serve as the official reminder and it is expected clients will arrive on the agreed upon date/time, please refer to Rescheduling and No Show Policy for applicable fees.
