At Caring Hands Massage Therapy llc, the focus is on making your session as relaxing as possible. The following office policies are also posted at the office for all clients to read. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with Caring Hands Massage Therapy llc, policies and procedures as listed below:
LATENESS
All scheduled sessions begin and end on time. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS
Please arrive ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out an intake form and to discuss your session with the therapist
PAYMENT
Cash, Check and Master Card or Visa only; $25.00 fee for returned checks. Please note that we can only take credit cards in the Milford office, checks or cash in Goffstown/Manchester office only.
CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice to avoid a fee of $30.00. In an emergency any notice you give is appreciated to avoid the cancellation fee, due to something out of your control or mine. It is understood that there may be a time when you need to reschedule your appointment due to illness or emergency.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
If you made an appointment with a Caring Hands Massage Therapy Gift Certificate and do not show-up for your appointment the certificate will be forfeited. If using a Gift Certificate it must be turned in at the time of the services otherwise cash or check will be required.
